How fast can Mila go live?+

Is this a monthly SaaS product or a deployed system?+
A deployed system. Mila is set up and configured on service accounts you own, tested, then handed off to you. You own your accounts, your data, and your workflows.
Who pays the infrastructure and usage costs?+
You maintain ownership of your connected service accounts and pay those providers directly. Your exact operating cost depends on usage and the services included in your deployment.
What happens if the system stops working?+
On the care plan, we restore your system to its original approved working state. Without the care plan, each issue is a $499 diagnostic plus $100/hour for the repair. Restoring doesn't include new workflows, new features, added integrations or changes to your business process. If someone outside Milestone AI modifies or repairs the system and that causes or contributes to the problem, restoring it becomes separate diagnostic and repair work. Anything outside the care plan is quoted and billed separately.
Do I have to pay monthly?+
No. The $99/month care plan is optional and month-to-month, with no long-term contract, so you can cancel anytime. Without it, repairs are billed per issue: a $499 diagnostic plus $100/hour. Either way, you own your accounts, your data, and your workflows.
